Aircraft of the Yamal airline. Aviation of russia Best places superjet 100 yamal

Work on the Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft began in March 2003. It took off on its first test flight in May 2008. Factory tests ended 4 months later, in October, after which the next stage began, required for the certification of the liner. For the first time, the plane took off on a flight with passengers on April 21, 2011. The Sukhoi Superjet 100 short-haul aircraft became the first in the family. Its modification "Superjet" (LR - Long Range) has an increased take-off weight and a longer flight range of 4578 kilometers. For the first time, an aircraft of this modification took off in 2013.

Another modification of the Sukhoi Superjet 100 SV features an elongated fuselage. This will allow the liner to carry more passengers. Work on the creation of this model was started in 2015 and is scheduled for completion in 2018.

By the end of 2017, the number of aircraft manufactured had reached 110, with more than 90 Superjets sold to airlines. These aircraft are operated in Russia, Mexico, Ireland, Armenia, Laos, Indonesia, Thailand.

Sukhoi Superjet is used poorly by Russian airlines. For a number of reasons, it takes at least 2 months to wait for spare parts for it. At the same time, spare parts for foreign-made aircraft are provided within 24 hours. Because of this, a significant part of the aircraft is idle.

In 2015, the total flight time of these 25 airliners at Aeroflot was about 9,000 hours. The airline "Gazprom avia", which has 10 superjets, 1400 hours. That is, on average, each plane was in the air for a maximum of 25 minutes per day. For comparison, an indicator characterizing the work of "Boeing 737" is given. On average, everyone is in flight up to 15 hours a day.

Best and worst seats in the cabin

The layout of the Superjet's cabin is made according to a scheme in which 12 seats are provided for business class and 75 for economy class. That is, the total number of passengers is 87. Of course, more amenities are available where business class seats are located. Here the chairs themselves are somewhat more comfortable. They are both wider and softer. The disadvantage is that the existing partition separating passengers from the economy class here is too thin. It does not provide a high level of sound insulation.

The best seats in both classes are in the front row. In business class it is the 1st row, in economy class it is the 6th. The advantage here is that there are no seats in front, which means that passengers do not recline their backs, causing some inconvenience to those sitting behind.

Another plus is that there is more legroom here, which is quite comfortable on a long flight. In addition, the passengers in these rows are the first to receive food and refreshments. In addition, staying farther from the middle of the cabin, where there is almost always noise due to passenger communication, is also an additional convenience.

The best places include those in the other rows, marked in the diagram A and F. These places are located at the windows. For this aircraft, they are quite large, conveniently located, and provide a good overview.

Since all of the seats in Business Class are always better than in Economy Class, there is little need to dwell on them. We can only add that in addition to the convenience due to the increased softness of the seats and their greater width, there is such a plus as the distance between the rows. It is one and a half times more than in economy class.

Passengers behind the partition that separates business class from most of the cabin find themselves in somewhat cramped conditions. Although the spacing between the rows meets the standards, passengers with a high height are still uncomfortable here.

A serious minus is present in places C and D of the 19th row. There is a lot of traffic of those who go to the toilet. In addition, flight attendants are constantly working in the aisle. This also creates inconvenience for passengers who are here.

The seats in the 20th row are recognized as the most uncomfortable. The kitchen and toilet are located at a short distance. Passenger traffic is the most intense here. To a greater extent, place D, located next to the entrance to the kitchen area, is not convenient. The difficulty here is that almost every time the trolley with which the flight attendants pass through the cabin, serving passengers, touches either the seat or the passenger. And this is still rather unpleasant.

Pros and cons of the plane

Among the advantages of the aircraft are the latest design solutions and new technologies. Suffice it to mention that the developers took into account the requirements of the FAA (US Federal Aviation Administration) and EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency). In addition, in the course of the work, the requirements and wishes of those who operate the aircraft and are a potential customer of the Superjet were taken into account.

The advantage of the new airliner is that it can land and take off on runways A, B, C. This becomes possible both due to its design features and due to the fact that it uses a modern avionics system. Due to this system, the landing of the liner is possible in adverse weather conditions.

Currently, the "Superjet" does not have any flaws that could arise in its design. Of course, they were at the first stage. However, everything that could adversely affect the aircraft was revealed during its tests. What could not be detected immediately was eliminated within two years (2011 - 2013), that is, in the first years of operation.

Still, some drawbacks remained. They refer to living conditions. Among them are the insufficient width of the aisle, somewhat increased noise in the cabin, which creates discomfort for some passengers. Business class passengers have an inconvenience - poor sound insulation from the rest of the cabin due to the thin partition.

These disadvantages are more than compensated for. The liner has an unprecedented security system. It uses algorithmic protection to prevent touching the GDP. It is more efficient than mechanical shock absorbers.

Conclusion

Summing up, it can be noted that even with the existing shortcomings, the Sukhoi Superjet is a good aircraft. It can provide transportation of passengers both short and long distances. Although the dimensions of its cabin are inferior to those of the Airbus A-380, its capacity corresponds to this class of airliners.

The existing security system and modern avionics ensure high reliability. At the same time, the cost of the aircraft, in comparison with analogues, is significantly lower. We can say that this airliner is the next stage on the way to a new generation of aircraft. And his performance allows us to recognize him as the best among the representatives of this class.

Calculating the cost of a taxi to the airport

The Russian airline Yamal performs passenger transportation on domestic and international routes on modern aircraft of various models. The company's fleet includes 38 units of aviation equipment, 15 of which are comfortable short-haul airliners of domestic production - Sukhoi Superjet 100LR. The model with an increased flight range of up to 4578 km develops a cruising speed within 830 km.

Yamal Airlines operates single-class aircraft with 100 economy class seats and 93 seats, 8 of which are intended for business class passengers.

Travelers can choose in advance the most comfortable seat in the cabin for the flight.

In this article we will tell you about the features of the passenger liner Sukhoi Superjet 100 of the Yamal air carrier, consider the board layout and determine the most convenient seats.

Description and scheme of the Sukhoi Superjet 100 Yamal

In the cabin of the short-haul liner SSJ-100 for 100 seats, comfortable seats for passengers are installed, located in two rows in a 2x3 layout. Economy class has 22 rows. In the aft and bow sections of the aircraft there are toilet rooms, a service room and a kitchen.

The Sukhoi Superjet airplane with a cabin for 93 people has two classes of service. In the first rows is the business class, separated from the economy class by a standard partition. A more comfortable atmosphere has been created here for a comfortable flight to the chosen destination. There is quite a lot of space between the seats for a comfortable position and unhindered lowering of the backrest.

Single-class layout diagram

Which seats to choose in the Superjet 100

To make the flight as comfortable as possible, travelers are advised to pre-select and book the most convenient seats in the aircraft cabin.

What are the best places to take in the Sukhoi Superjet 100 Yamal:

  1. Row 1 - high-comfort seats with extended legroom.
  2. 12-14-15 - there is also an extended space between the seats in the row. These seats are located near the emergency exit, so pregnant women, passengers and, pensioners and disabled people are prohibited from occupying them. Lack of seats in the 12th and 14th rows - a blocked mechanism for lowering the back of the chair.

Unsuccessful places to fly to Sukhoi Superjet 100:

  • from 11 to 18 rows - there is no beautiful view from the window, hidden by the wings of the liner;
  • Rows 21-22 - close to the washroom and locked backs in the last row.

Each row seat also has its own advantages and disadvantages. When flying in seats near the aisle, the traveler can easily get up to move to the toilet without disturbing the passengers sitting next to them.

When flying in a chair near the window, you can look at the beautiful views from a great height and not be distracted by the requests of the passengers sitting next to you, who want to go out into the passage to move to the toilet room.

You can book a convenient seat for a flight on a Sukhoi Superjet 100 Yamal plane when buying tickets for the flight or when checking in at the airport.

Domestic development. It is rightfully considered the pride of the Russian aviation industry. It was developed on the basis of the Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Design Bureau (GSS Closed Joint Stock Company) together with foreign enterprises.

Development history

The development of the Sukhoi Superjet began back in 2003, when JSC "Sukhoi Civil Aircraft" received a grant for the development of the Russian Regional Jet project, the size of which was about US $ 3 billion. The assembly of the first model was completed in January 2007 in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. On January 28 of the same year, he arrived for tests in the city of Zhukovsky. The presentation of the new aircraft took place on September 26 in Komsomolsk-on-Amur.

Flight tests were carried out throughout 2008. The first flight was performed on December 24 by test pilots Pushhenko and Chikunov. The plane was in the sky for about 3 hours, and the maximum flight altitude was up to 6 kilometers. In 2008, the process of obtaining the IAC certificate began, which ended in February 2011. Sukhoi Superjet 100-95 in 2009 was presented at the Le Bourget air show. In the same year, the first flight of this airliner, equipped with a passenger cabin, took place.

The first serial aircraft began to be operated by the Armavia air carrier in 2011. In 2013, a new modification with an increased flight range was developed - 100LR. By 2018, it is planned to create an SSJ-100SV with an increased fuselage length.

Despite the fact that ZAO GGS experienced two world economic crises in 2008 and 2015, the company continues to conclude multi-billion dollar contracts.

Design features

Sukhoi Superjet is designed according to the classic aerodynamic design and is a twin-engine turbofan low-wing aircraft. The wings are swept-back and equipped with single-slotted flaps. Composite materials are used in the design of the nose cone, mechanization and wing roots. In the cockpit, the steering wheel function is performed by the side stick, the so-called side stick. The designers are currently developing wingtips for both new models and existing ones. There are no mechanical shock absorbers in the design, since there is a system of protection against touching the tail with the runway during takeoff.

Which airlines operate the Superjet?

Sukhoi Superjet 100-95 is operated not only by Russian carriers, but also by foreign ones. Domestic operating airlines include Aeroflot (26 units), Gazpromavia (10), Moskovia (3), and Yakutia (2). Also, one aircraft belongs to Rosoboronexport, and two to the Russian Emergencies Ministry. This type of airliner is present in the fleets of the following foreign carriers:

  • Armavia (Armenia) - 1 unit;
  • Lao Central Airlines (Laos) - 1;
  • Interjet (Mexico) - 20;
  • Sky Aviation (Indonesia) - 3;
  • "Komlux" (Switzerland) - 1.

Perspectives

Now the main competitor of the Sukhoi Superjet 100-95 aircraft on the air transportation market is the most popular American Boeing 737 airliner. According to statistics, one Boeing 737 sits down every five seconds around the world. Despite this, the domestic "Superjet" can compete with it, since its cost is significantly lower.

Now the planes are operated mainly by Russian and several foreign airlines. By 2025, analysts predicted an increase in demand for SSJ aircraft around the world, so they will be operated in 26 states. Even despite the anti-Russian sanctions, some European carriers such as Blue Panorama Airlines (Italy) and CityJet (Ireland) have already signed delivery contracts. However, the priority market for our country is Asian, not American. The manufacturer is constantly negotiating with airlines in the Asian region, in particular, specializing in low-cost flights.

Sukhoi Superjet 100-95: cabin layout, best seats

The classic layout of a two-class passenger cabin assumes the presence of 12 seats for business class passengers, and 75 for economic class passengers. A distinctive feature of the layout is the location of the seats - there are 5 of them in one row (2 on the left, 3 on the right). The galley is located at the beginning of the salon. There are two toilets - aft and front of the aircraft.

The most comfortable seats are located on the 6th row. There is plenty of legroom here. In addition, there are no passengers in front. The seats in the middle of the passenger compartment are also comparatively comfortable as they have reclining backrests. The distance between the seats is 81 centimeters.

The most inconvenient places are the places in the outer row near the toilets, since the partitions at the back do not allow the chairs to fully recline.

Above is a typical layout. Each airline, depending on its needs, can change it.

The pride of the Russian aircraft industry, an innovative development on which the government has great plans - all this is about the model of the modern Sukhoi Supredjet-100 aircraft.

Despite the fact that the model has a number of shortcomings, it is the next step in the development of domestic passenger transportation over short distances.
Subject to responsible development and improvements, it has every reason to receive the title of the best in its class.

History of creation

The beginning of work on the creation of a prototype of the first "Superjet" was after the victory of the PRJ project in the competition for a license for development.

In February 2006. the company started assembling the first SSJ model, and exactly 1 year later the model was delivered from Komsomolsk-on-Amur to the Zhukovsky landfill for the purpose of presentation and carrying out a control static test.

In February 2008, the first test of the power plant's performance and its compatibility with other systems was carried out. After another 2 months, the Sukhoi Superjet-100 was tested on the runway.

The model passed the travel and steering test.

In the fall of this year, the SSJ-100 underwent a certification audit at the interstate aviation committee and passed life tests.

On 24.12.2008 under the control of test pilot L. Chikunov and N. Pushenko, the airliner took off for more than 2 hours. The height to which the model climbed reached 6 km.

The results of TsAGI inspections were obtained in 2010, as a result of which CJSC "received a license to manufacture this modification. On April 19, the first prototype was presented to the Armenian air carrier "Armavia", which successfully operates it for its own needs.

Design

The turbofan power unit SaM146 of the Russian-French company Power Jet, installed on both sides of the case, ensures the flawless operation of the model. The plan of the Sukhoi Superjet aircraft does not differ in any way from the standard classical norms of aerodynamics, representing an ordinary short-haul passenger ship.

The swept-like shape of the wings, equipped with single-slot flaps, the nose cone, many mechanisms and parts are all made of composite materials.

The airliner is controlled using a side stick installed instead of the steering wheel, which is used for the first time in domestic developments.

Mechanical shock absorbers for landing safety are not installed, since instead the designers used automatic protection against touching the tail of the landing strip.

Interior layout

The manufacturer comments on the layout of the cabin with the following words: “The seats in our Sukhoi Superjet-100 aircraft are designed in such a way that the greatest comfort and safety, created by unprecedented characteristics, are in the foreground. Thus, a passenger who has arrived on a large airliner for long-haul flights and transferred to a small regional one will hardly feel the difference.

The design of the economy class cabin is identical in size to a Boeing or Airbus. The distance in the legs allows you to calmly sit down and straighten your legs even for tall people, and the shelf for storing luggage for 50 liters breaks all records at all.

In addition, this is an advantage due to the fact that there is no need to check in a bag or suitcase, and then wait for it to be received on arrival. "

The arrangement of seats on the Sukhoi Superjet aircraft is designed in such a way that there are 2 categories: economy and business class.

The inexpensive salon has 75 seats against 12 in the more expensive class.

Separately, mention should be made of the arrangement of the seats, they are placed in such a way that there are 3 pieces in one row on one side along the side, 2 across the passage on the second side. Toilets are located in the front and rear.

Location of the best places

The total capacity of the cabin can vary significantly depending on the seat selected. The most comfortable ones in economy class are in the 6th row. There is more legroom here as there are no seats in front.

The rest are considered relatively convenient, differing in many respects from their "classmates" used in regional aviation. The distance between adjacent seats is 81 cm.

The opposite situation applies to the last row, the partition installed at the back does not allow the backrest to be fully reclined and positioned with maximum comfort.

In addition, the structure of the aircraft cabin has some peculiarities concerning almost all places in any public transport. Therefore, it is advisable to take them into account when choosing a place:

  1. The seats located near the porthole are distinguished by the fact that during the entire flight you can admire the opening views (subject to a daytime flight and clear weather). However, getting out of it is inconvenient, you have to bother the next passenger;
  2. The seats installed next to the aisle have completely opposite characteristics. It is easy to go to the toilet from them, you do not need to ask anyone to let you in. But, quite often, passing flight attendants, delivering food and water on carts, as well as passengers and a neighbor who needs to get out, can be disturbed.

General specifications

One of the main differences that Sukhoi Superjet-100 has is production using modern technologies and innovative projects.

Due to this, some technical characteristics are fundamentally different from analogs previously produced.
You can get acquainted with them using the table below:

CharacteristicValue / Description

Due to its peculiarities, "weaving" can be operated on all types of runways.

Besides, the avionics of the model allows performing these actions even in difficult meteorological conditions.

In addition, the price of tickets for a small plane is low, which makes it more popular for use in regional flights.

Super Jet-100 family modifications

As of November 2017, 151 Sukhoi Superjet-100 aircraft were produced. However, this applies not only to one model, but to the entire series, developed on a single basis.

In total, at the moment, 7 different variations are known, intended for various purposes:

  1. Airplane "Sukhoi Superjet-100 V" - the standard version from which the history of the model began;
  2. Model 100 B-VIP is an administrative and business version developed on the basis of the basic model. At this time, 2 aircraft are operated in the Rossiya SLO and 1 in the RusJet airline;
  3. 100 LR (Long Range) - has an increased flight range, reaching 4,500 km;
  4. 100 LR-VIP - administrative and business version with an increased flight distance. 5 units of equipment were produced (2 Ministry of Emergencies, 2 Royal Courtyard of Thailand, 1 Kazakh branch of a Swiss company);
  5. 100 SV - the model is under development, the manufacturer undertakes to present a prototype with an enlarged fuselage and more passenger capacity in 2018;
  6. Sukhoi Business Jet, or SBJ, is intended for flights of important persons. Differs in increased comfort. Interior trim is custom made. To date, the only owner of such a model is the Kazakh Ministry of Emergencies;
  7. The Sportjet by Sukhoi is a modification designed for the transport of athletes, it is planned to begin mass production by the start of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Of the total number of Superjet aircraft produced, only 117 units were handed over to customers, the rest are in the manufacturer's hangar or are in Zhukovsky for static tests.

Airplane advantages

As mentioned earlier, the Sukhoi Superjet-100 is manufactured using modern technologies, which allows us to speak of its high quality, reliability and safety.

The main structures are designed in such a way that this model is the only one that has been certified according to the world standard. In addition, at the time of the development of the aircraft, not only technical requirements were taken into account, but also the wishes and recommendations of future customers.

This made it possible to bring Pavel Sukhoi's designs as close as possible to the ideal option.

Benefits are categorized as passenger-derived and operational, those that affect pilots and service owners. If we consider the positive characteristics of the plane from travelers, the following can be noted:

  1. Convenient aircraft layout;
  2. A saloon characterized by width and spaciousness;
  3. Conveniently installed soft passenger seats;
  4. Modern production and use in the production of modern finishing materials.

However, despite numerous positive reviews, the opinion is often heard that the model requires significant improvements. Perhaps this is the reason that the model is on the ground most of its time, and at the time of flights the cabin is not more than half full.

Disadvantages of the plane

A serious blow to the brand's image was the tragedy that occurred at the time of the demonstration flight over Indonesia.

The accident killed 45 people, some of whom could become potential customers. Although, as a result of the examination, the cause of the collision with the mountain was not the technical condition of the aircraft, but the erroneous actions of the crew, many have changed their opinion about the Superjet-100, and the manufacturing company has lost a large number of orders.

Most of the list of manufactured aircraft models "100" and "95" have notes regarding frequent problems that arise with enviable consistency. This can be explained by the fact that "Superjet" is a new development, which, like all new items, has technical errors that appear only during the period of long-term operation.

Another option is the Russian assembly. This fact is enough for some customers to refuse a purchase.

If we turn to statistics, the flying time of models does not exceed 3 - 4 hours a day. The only positive coefficient is shown by the Yakutia airline with an average time of 6.5 hours.

The reason for the low popularity is the high cost of spare parts, the production of which is not profitable for the manufacturer due to the small number of aircraft.

Many passengers notice the Superjet's design feature - the low position of the windows. In order to look at them, an adult has to hunch over or slide down, which is not very convenient. In addition, a number of unpleasant surprises of the model were noted:

  1. Strong vibration of the floor;
  2. Poor sound insulation;
  3. Lack of individual ventilation;
  4. Poor layout of emergency exits, of which there are very few.

Despite the different dynamics of the advantages and disadvantages of the model, it is a national pride, since it is the only aircraft designed after the collapse of the Soviet Union, while meeting all international requirements. Moreover, despite the description of the "Superjet-100" as a model that has a number of flaws and constantly requires the intervention of technicians, it has no cases that radically characterize the danger of the model.

For the entire short period of use with the aircraft, there was not a single serious breakdown that resulted in the death of people. The case that occurred in Indonesia is not taken into account as it happened for a different reason.

Video

The Russian Sukhoi SuperJet-100 (SSJ-100) aircraft, which was performing its first-ever demonstration tour of six Asian countries, disappeared from radar screens after a demonstration flight in Jakarta. There are 44 people on board, including the crew: eight Russians and 36 citizens of other countries.

Below is information about the aircraft's flight performance.

Sukhoi Superjet-100 (SSJ-100) is the main Russian project for the production of airliners. The project to create a family of Russian regional aircraft Sukhoi Superjet-100 is carried out by CJSC Sukhoi Civil Aircraft, established in 2000.

The family of Russian regional aircraft Sukhoi Superjet-100 consists of two aircraft with a passenger capacity of 75 and 95 seats in a basic configuration - SSJ100 / 75B and SSJ100 / 95B - and an extended range - SSJ100 / 75LR, SSJ100 / 95LR.

The latest technologies are used at all stages of the Sukhoi Superjet-100 aircraft development.

The use of the Human Centered Design concept has optimized the placement of controls and instrumentation in such a way that the flight can be completed by one pilot, even in the event of an emergency. These solutions, combined with the "Dark and Silent Cockpit" concept, ensured precise, comfortable and reliable piloting of Sukhoi Superjet-100 aircraft.

Additional gains in fuel efficiency and high flight safety are achieved through optimal automatic piloting of aircraft and protection of the flight control system from accidental errors. The remote control system is based on three two-channel high-level computers (PFCU - Primary Flight Computer Unit), complementing two-channel low-level computers (ACE - Actuator Control Electronics). PFCUs process command signals from the cockpit, autopilot and avionics to optimize the aircraft's flight performance in all flight modes. The level of functional saturation implemented in the PFCU was developed taking into account the experience of Sukhoi Design Bureau in creating a CDS with automatic limitation of the limiting and operational parameters of the flight with manual and automatic control. Thus, the highest level of safety is ensured at all stages of flight, not only due to the high reliability of aircraft systems, but also due to the unique functionality of protection against errors associated with the "human factor". In the event of a series of serious failures on board, the CDS will switch to a backup control loop that provides flight performance at the level of a non-automated (conventional) aircraft.

The fail-safe architecture of the remote control system made it possible to completely abandon mechanical redundancy. The horizontal stabilizer is also controlled by wire. This helped to optimize its dimensions to reduce the level of aerodynamic drag and balancing losses. For the first time, the Sukhoi Superjet-100 uses algorithmic protection against touching the tail of the runway in case of a pilot error during takeoff, which made it possible to abandon the use of massive mechanical shock absorbers with which other aircraft are equipped.

The open architecture of the avionics complex was designed by THALES on the basis of integrated modular technology. This made it possible to reduce the number of structural blocks of the complex by about 15% and, thereby, to simplify its maintenance. For this, an onboard maintenance system is provided that is capable of detecting failure - up to a structural unit in all major aircraft systems. Along with this, the basic avionics configuration is more functional than its closest competitors. It includes a triple VHF communication system with ACARS function, a second generation T2CAS collision avoidance system, and the ability to approach landing according to ICAO category IIIA.

Each aircraft is equipped with the new SaM146 engines developed by PowerJet to meet all the requirements of the Sukhoi Superjet 100 family. The extensive experience and joint efforts of Snecma Moteurs and NPO Saturn have enabled the use of modern CFM56 & Tech56 technologies to create a high performance engine.

Particular attention is paid to the maintainability of the engine, for example, it is possible to replace the blades without removing the engine from the wing. The modular design of the new engine reduces the number of components by 20%, resulting in cost savings and greatly simplifying maintenance procedures.

The "double-bubble" concept applied in the fuselage section allowed to increase the living space per passenger to a volume of 0.885 cubic meters, and to bring the height of the luggage and cargo compartments to 1014 millimeters.

The aerodynamic layout of the SSJ-100 aircraft is specially optimized for flight at high cruising numbers, due to which the optimal flight mode in terms of kilometer fuel consumption corresponds to the flight speed of modern long-haul aircraft.

Improved take-off and landing performance, along with all-weather capability, wide range of range and payload capabilities, allow airlines to discover new destinations while optimizing route networks and schedules.

Savings are achieved by minimizing the cost of retraining the crew when operating several standard sizes of aircraft as part of a single fleet, easily accessible maintenance areas, a 20% reduction in the number of modular engine components (SaM146) and a 10% reduction in fuel consumption.

By reducing aircraft weight, fuel economy, and aircraft maintenance costs, Sukhoi Superjet-100 can reduce operating costs by 10%.

Energy-efficient LED cabin lighting technologies help airlines save energy and lower maintenance costs.

The dimensions of the cargo compartment fully meet the requirements of trade unions for the work of ground personnel.

And although the Sukhoi Superjet-100 belongs to the class of regional aircraft, its version with an increased flight range can be effectively used on a number of main routes.

Sukhoi Superjet-100 meets the most stringent environmental requirements, significantly exceeding the current and pending ICAO requirements for noise and emissions.
