More than 280 tourists from the Pearl River flew from China to Moscow

A plane with 287 tourists from the Pearl River flew from Chinese Haikou to Moscow. This was reported by TASS with reference to the attache of the Consulate General of Russia Guangzhou Grigory Kolyshkin.

The Federal Air Transport Agency announced the eviction of Pearl River tourists from hotels in China

Dmitry Rudenko from Kursk was supposed to fly from Hainan on Saturday. Like other tourists, new surprises await him every day. According to the Federal Air Transport Agency, many customers of the Pearl River tour operator turned out to be false air tickets, there were no plans for these flights.

In total, there are about one and a half thousand tourists of the Pearl River, who should be transported by IrAero Airlines in China. The Consulate General of Russia said that he is keeping the situation under control and is providing advisory assistance to Russian tourists.

A spokeswoman for Rostourism also noted that at least the visa problems of Russian tourists in China will be settled at the diplomatic level, and fines will not affect them. The carrier IrAero is a Russian airline based at the international airport of Irkutsk, with 28 aircraft in its fleet. IrAero refuses to communicate with the press, citing a day off.

According to the Federal Tourism Agency, all tourists of the Pearl River have return tickets. By law, the air carrier must return them to their homeland on the indicated dates. In April 2018, tickets were purchased for Hainan Island from Kemerovo, the departure was supposed to be May 15, but flights were canceled and no one left. They said that the money must be returned, but when it is not known. After 3 months of promises and “breakfasts”, it became clear that we won’t refund our money peacefully. I had to go to court, to which the defendants, of course, did not appear and the decision was made by the judge without their participation. Subsequently, with a court decision, we went to the bank, waited another month and again nothing! Suddenly they didn’t have money on their account) a company that continues to fly (already, by the way, with sufficient prices) and has no money to deceive! very funny of course. As a result, do not fall for low prices and do not fall for high prices either. Fly by anyone but not the Pearl River

Good day to all. Flew to Hainan with the Pearl River from Ufa. really worried about the departure or not, but everything is fine! Arrived in Haikou, delivered by bus to the hotel. The only negative was staying at the hotel for a long time, but this is rather a complaint to the slow-moving workers of the hotel. And the Chinese, as you know, are not famous for the speed of work. Many walked along the coasts, evening festivities in different institutions did not leave us indifferent. Soon home, but I would like to stay here not for 8 days, but at least for 3 weeks)))

A tour to Hainan was purchased in Blagoveshchensk from 09.17.18-01.10.18, its duration is announced as 14 days, in fact the departure took place on September 17 at 21.40 local time by a / c Alrosa, the departure is quite late, it is included in the number of paid days, but arrival actually September 18 (one day paid, but lost), the same thing happens on the way back - they took away from the hotel at 23.30 on September 30, breakfast paid for October 1 disappeared, because the hotel did not provide lunch box, despite the fact that we warned of early eviction and thus on October 01, also flew out of the number of declared days, because at 09 am October 01 was already at home.
  I didn’t like the work of the guides who met and escorted me, almost zero information from them about the island, they only talk about excursions, five minutes of information, the lights on the bus were turned off and everyone was resting.

At the end of May, my family and I were resting in Dadonghai Bay. I liked it very much, the place was struck by its beauty. This is our second flight abroad and chose the Hainan Island. The tour was taken from the Pearl River, flew from Moscow. Transfer to the hotel, excursions and all that. The only hotel let us down a bit, but this is no longer a complaint to ZhR, but to the hotel management.
  Next year we want to fly again to Hainan, but to the other side of the island))

September 9th returned from Haikou. Tour bought through the Pearl River. Satisfied with everything. There was no hitch with departures, transfers, and a hotel. Rested in pleasure with the whole family.
  The weather was sunny and we did not find a typhoon. Although many who were on the island during the typhoon said that it just rained for 2 days.
  In general, the Pearl River, thanks! We had a good rest, next year we will fly again with you!

Hainan with a departure from Novokuznetsk in May 2018, but alas, the flight program was canceled (charter of the a / c of Alrosa), offered to be rescheduled for June, or to return the DS, 05/28/2018 received a message from THAT that no one will fly in June, the DS will be returned !!! But in fact, payments have not yet been made according to May applications, now the June ones have been added !!! Tourists require money from us, THAT shrugs your hands with the words wait, refund, but when ??? booking a new tour with another MOT is not possible, because there is no return, therefore there is nothing to pay !!! Tourists are in the anger that is rightly poured on us - agents, spoiled vacation, nerves, people suffer and our reputation, which has been sought for years !!!

a tour to Hainan was bought on December 17, the flight was to take place from Ufa on January 13. The cancellation of the tour was reported on January 12. They wrote for a refund immediately on January 12, as we were told, the application was registered on January 15. There is still no return ... Flights did not take place, the tour operator said that a refund would be made, or an alternative to rest. Our tourists have chosen a full refund. Before the New Year, money was returned for half of the failed tours. After the holidays, four more applications. Then they returned for one more. I want to say that this is the first tour operator who, despite such a difficult situation for him, always answers calls, always speaks correctly, answers letters, given the flurry of calls from disgruntled travel agents and tourists. I urge everyone to be patient, because they faced this problem due to circumstances beyond their control and they do not declare this, but try to resolve the issue with all the tourists. On December 25th they took a tour to Hainan. 2 days before the departure, Hainan was replaced by Vietnam. We had no choice, because the money was said to be returned within 10 days. I had to agree to Vietnam, although we were there .... but, alas .... the day before departure, and this direction was canceled !!! Absolute disgrace: the vacation was taken in vain, the mood is spoiled ... nobody is going to compensate us for additional material and moral costs ..... they didn’t even apologize !!! expressed only understanding))). I do not recommend taking tours across the Pearl River !!!

The tour operator "Pearl River" did not manage to cope with the problem of Hainan. Previously, several times it was reported that the travel company is constantly postponing the start of flights. Yesterday, January 11, a message appeared on the site of the travel services provider that the company was forced to make a decision to reduce the flight program. The decision will not be changed, at least during the winter navigation.

In the message, the tour operator is trying to explain to customers that he tried to do everything possible to establish a normal communication with Hainan, but nothing came of it. It turned out to be too difficult to ensure normal conditions for transporting tourists from 5 cities at the same time. Despite the fact that the Chinese side finally managed to get permission, the Russian side decided to introduce a ban.

In this situation, there is nothing left to do but reduce the flight program. From January 26 to March 23 this year, they plan to carry out only once a week a flight from the capital to Haikou. Other flights will not be operated. Tourists who have already bought tours can get 100% compensation. If the option of rebooking a departure from a regional airport to a Moscow airport is suitable for the client, this can be done without surcharges. Moreover, in this case, the cost of the tour with departure from Moscow will be reduced by the size of the cost of the flight to the capital's airport. Thus, the tour operator is trying to avoid the cost of transportation for those who have already bought a vacation in Hainan.

A. Yurov, Development Director of Pearl River, reports that no flights to Hainan will be operated until January 26. As you know, earlier the tour operator reported that the program would cover routes from Kazan, Ufa, Tyumen, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don and Chelyabinsk. This promise still remains valid, it is only carried over to the period after the end of winter navigation. The carrier will be able to receive all necessary permissions only after March 23 of the current year.

This situation did not remain without comments of employees of the Federal Tourism Agency. The department reports that they will consider the possibility of issuing permits only if the carrier can provide permission from the PRC. The presence of slots at Chinese airports confirms the seriousness of the carrier’s intentions, officials are sure. The federal tourism agency urges suppliers of tourism products who work with the Chinese direction to take this rule into account when planning tours so that they and the tourists do not have problems.

It is worth recalling that the flight program to China was supposed to resume on December 21, but the event fell through. However, a similar situation happened on November 3 last year, only then the crash of VIM-Avia was to blame for everything.
