In 2017, the application campaign for free trips paid from the city budget for the first time took place in two stages. At the first stage, parents chose priority regions and rest time, at the second - specific camps and recreation centers. The “principle of justice” has been introduced, which ensures the priority of receiving vouchers for families who have not used free vouchers in the past three years or who have not received compensation for self-organized vacations.
“Thanks to innovations, parents could calmly submit applications and choose vacation spots for children. Significantly reduced cases of fraud by applicants. For the first time in 2017, a monetary certificate for independent recreation organization was provided for the recreation of children of a number of privileged categories - 10,154 applicants used this service.
Geography of rest
For the first time in the summer of 2017, Moscow children of privileged categories rested in new regions - in the Rostov and Leningrad regions.
A total of 16 summer camps and 18 family-friendly recreation centers in nine regions of Russia and Belarus were involved in the summer health campaign in 2017. The most popular destinations are the Black Sea coast, the Central strip of Russia and the Moscow region.
Healthy rest programs
In 2017, MOSGORTUR developed three new programs for healthy rest: “Moscow. City Legends ”,“ Time Travel ”and“ Learning to Think. ” The four best, according to children and parents, 2016 programs were also implemented in the camps of MOSGORTUR. All programs are aimed at self-realization, intellectual and creative development of children.

Under the auspices of the Year of Ecology, an environmental component was introduced into all the programs of MOSGORTUR, in the development of which the Moscow Zoo took part. Counselors of MOSGORTUR
Every year the length of service of counselors of MOSGORTUR increases. In 2017, the maximum length of service was four years - this is one of the highest rates in Russia.

MOSGORTUR was the first of the children's tour operators to start transporting children to Aeroexpress trains to Moscow airports.

The experience turned out to be successful, and in the summer we refused to transfer by bus. In addition to the significant difference in comfort, this is a clear understanding of the travel time and the organization of dispatch at the station. ”- said deputy General Director of MOSGORTUR Dmitry Sorokin.
A high level of comfort was provided in all modes of transport in the summer of 2017: children traveled to the camp by bus no older than 10 years old, special “children's” wagons with air conditioning and dry closets were included in the trains, and special medical examination zones were allocated at the stations. Security in transport was provided by police, MOSGORTUR and doctors.

Recall that with the participation of the city budget this summer, almost 160 thousand Moscow children will rest. Despite the difficult economic conditions, in 2016 the city managed to maintain the number of preferential vouchers for the same amount of financing as in 2015.
Trips to children's camps, fully paid for by the city budget, will be provided to eleven privileged categories, which include students from foster or low-income families. There will be 19,950 such vouchers. In addition, for children under seven years of age who have the right to rest with their parents, the city purchased 18,375 vouchers (including vouchers for accompanying persons). These children will also go to rest at the expense of the city.
There are also 13,875 permits for gifted children, winners of creative competitions, international and All-Russian Olympiads, pupils of Olympic reserve schools and young athletes. Parents of such children fully pay for the trip to the place of rest and 10% of the cost of the permit. At the same time, permits for young athletes in 2016 will be 30% more compared to last year.

2. "Dawn", Penza region. The camp is located in the village of Podlesny. Children will live in four two-story buildings. The camp has tennis courts, soccer fields, sports equipment and a gym. The camp will host a thematic change in English “# LingvoTour”.
