Rested in this hotel from September 7 to 14, together with her husband.
  We planned to celebrate our wedding anniversary on the sea, and asked our sales manager for a trip from Chip Trip to pick us a good hotel, so that we would not go anywhere during the week and not worry about anything. When we arrived, the first thing we saw was a small entrance to the hotel, next to souvenir shops. The worst thing is when you do not solve the problem, but just hang up. I decided to go to the reception, as I was not going to stay in such a room, the manager pretended that he didn’t understand me, I said that I wouldn’t stay in the room, I would spend the night in the lobby, and as a result they didn’t give me a room in the “romantic”, where the distance is probably 1 kilometer from the sea. Together with me stood 4 more couples who, just like I, were terrified of the rooms. This room was a little better, but still - broken sconces on the street, tattered furniture, just not 5 stars, but all two, three, smudges from the water on the walls. And the view of my garden is a rumble from the window from the construction site, like a huge highway. In the territory on the street there was no furniture to sit down. The shower room is all in rust, with an unpleasant curtain for a bathtub with a smell, a noisy old old air conditioner, the water in the sink did not drain. The blanket is stained, the lighting in the room is dim, everything is poorly visible. I had no more energy to argue, the husband who never finds fault with the little things was very upset himself.

Almost all the people with whom I flew in were saddened by such an attitude towards us, towards the guests.

This did not end there, it turned out that there is a main building in Maine, but we are the owners of green bracelets, we can take alcoholic drinks in the evening only at our restaurant in Sheraton Sharm Resort. We were told that we can spend time in the evening in the main building, but you will sit and look at how other people relax and feel like a person of a different sort. The same thing in the bar in the main pool - but I did not suffer from it, I do not drink in the morning. If you want to drink wine in the evening - go to the dining room, where you do not want to stay there for more than 10 minutes. In addition, the smell in the dining room (and this is the dining room) is a terrible smell! The food was very monotonous, pulled hair out of food twice, the set of food was minimal, every day for breakfast and lunch it was the same thing - beef meat, chicken and fish but all in the same way. At first I was eating meat, but after I got a huge chunk of fat - I stopped taking it which was not very pleasant in appearance. In the bar, all the glasses for wine were with a terrible bloom, they weren’t washed at all, probably they just rinsed everything. All the rest of the days I poured all the liquid into plastic disposable glasses. The restaurant itself smelled very bad, there were no tables on the street where you can sit in the evening, although in all hotels you can sit on the street and in the restaurant. The last two days I went to eat through strength, I only ate rice, because all other food was disgusting, and still can not eat. The vegetables were often windy, the cucumbers were dry, and the fruit had unripe dates and an unripe melon. Next to our dining room was a bar, an incomprehensible institution in which people drank and smoked, and there was billiards. I went there once, and went out - most likely if you want a drink, then you as a second-class person were invited to do it there. The feeling that you are in a blathat - billiards, smoke, burgundy walls, a couple of people drinking, and women in mini mini with huge heels).

The bars on the beach had nice staff - I don’t drink alcohol in the morning, and I can drink in a pleasant atmosphere in the evening, such as wine. But on the beach I usually drink water, tea or coffee (if morning). Already in the afternoon, the bar ran out of coffee, and there was only tea. If you came to the beach at 8-00, then often there was no water in the cooler or there was water, but there were no glasses. Go dry or beg. That's all you could close your eyes, but when there are so many minuses at once, you pay attention to everything. On the territory not far from the room there was some kind of box with garbage, this box was lying all the weeks of our rest, and on the second day it was all gutted with some kind of animal along with the garbage, most likely a cat running around the territory.

Of the benefits - in general, good staff, except for the first manager who refused to relocate, a good beach.

In conclusion, I want to say that this is the first time I am writing something like this to anyone. I do not come and do not seek out. I travel a lot, I travel both independently and on tour packages. In India, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Germany in Prague, Turkey, Cyprus and many others. many in other countries I rested in different hotels and in two stars, and in five and in four, but I see this for the first time.
