In 2015, we had a rest in Radisson Blu, which now, to our deep surprise and disappointment, has changed its name to Collection. We don’t understand why it was necessary to change the name and assign it to another hotel to which we respectively arrived by mistake, as we thought that we were going to the same hotel as in 2015. Why do this ??? Radisson Blue does not have such a luxurious location and a beach as a collection. The blue beach is huge stones, the cheapest plastic sunbeds and still ride the minibus, which runs every 15 minutes, or even 20. The beach does not correspond to the status of Radisson from the word NO. On arrival, they asked us to open a minibar, which was locked and empty it in order to put our products, we managed to achieve this an hour later on the third phone call, when my husband had already begun to yell at the employee. Breakfast is delicious but space is so expensive, 1550r per person, what is the price at all ??? In general, the hotel still has work to do. If we return to Adler, then we will definitely choose not Blue but the Collection.

The hotel is clean and very comfortable, everything is as always at the highest level. Very nice rooms, comfortable bed, soft pillows and a delicious varied breakfast. Loved the compliment from the hotel in honor of our anniversary.

5 stars pulls with a creak, I would say a solid 4! The beach is far, but this is not the main inconvenience .. there are practically no shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. near the hotel, we drove a taxi every day to Nizhneimerinskaya street and spent the whole day on the other side of the promenade from the Olympic park, by the way, there delicious Novikov restaurants. The blue radisson beach is not really .. we also went to other beaches. You go out onto the balcony and greet your neighbors .. the partitions are conditional ((we thought that there would be a view of the beautiful sea, but in fact we looked at the terrible dirty bay (In the bathroom I never washed the floor .. I kept looking at the stain on the floor and I waited for it to disappear, but did not wait) A lot of people in suits who came to work, and you go half-wet from the beach .. somehow you don’t fit in at all, you didn’t really like that either, or you need to rest in this hotel or work! I liked everything except the cleanliness of the room and some of the nuances. The tulle was terribly dirty, stained, rust on the balcony. The floor lamp is broken and squinted, a jamb has left the bathroom ... comrades, for such money - such things are unacceptable! Numbers must be tidied before you rent them. It felt like we were living in a used room. Everything else is good.

“One of the favorite hotels in Sochi”

The outdoor pool is now only until 18 hours, the indoor is still up to 23. There was an unpleasant smell on the floor. The carpet is frankly tortured. You can get to some kind of wild conference, then the hotel is a full house and a madhouse. As for me, the restaurants in the hotel are not tasty. This is perhaps the main disadvantage of the hotel. Each time there are glitchy mechanisms of balcony doors that, when closed, do not include condo / ventilation. We have to open and close twenty times to make it work. If you have a standard room and only one door, you are lucky because there are three of these doors in the junior suite and I got tired of running around moving them here and there!

Two outdoor pools and one indoor. Pleasant, well decorated and thoughtful rooms. In my opinion, the best option for the price / quality ratio of hotels in Adler, and in central Sochi. Closed guarded parking!

Transfer to the beach. There are not enough buses; we drove either on electric scooters or a taxi. The beach itself is super!

The hotel really pleased! In the beginning, there were flaws, and after the flight I wanted to just go and demand a refund, but the hotel’s special service settled everything, went to a meeting on all issues. Thanks to this, the rest was wonderful. Will definitely be back. I advise everyone. Couples recommend taking a room with a jacuzzi. Breakfast is excellent and for every taste. But they took dinner once, did not like it. Although relatives recommended me (every day a different national cuisine). Apparently I just didn’t like oriental cuisine. Otherwise, the room, and restaurants, swimming pools, the gym made the rest wonderful. Take Sap-surfing, not tiring and positive.

During our stay at the hotel, the annual Purina Conference was held. The conference guests were accommodated throughout the hotel on different floors ... the guests turned the 5 * hotel into their office, walked loudly talking along the corridors, talked loudly, slammed their doors loudly at a quiet hour, moving from room to room, laughed loudly, broke out at night their rooms, having mixed floors and so on. In the evenings near the pool, the same company gathered and drank loudly on the sunbeds and behaved inappropriately at the 5 * hotel level. What really caused my family and the baby great inconvenience. On the second day, the same company had Tim Building on the territory of the hotel .. employees of this company loudly jumped, ran, screamed, drew some kind of posters which greatly disturbed the general calm of the main hotel guests. I believe that the hotel administration must knowingly take care of the resettlement of such companies locally, send them the hotel accommodation rules in advance, and also remind them where they are so as not to cause inconvenience to people who decide to spend their two-week vacation with their family at your hotel. As a result, several days in our vacation were spoiled.

I did not like the number of lockers in the locker rooms, they are sorely lacking and a very small spa area is a sauna, etc. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

I really liked the hotel stay, excellent clean room, delicious breakfast and dinner, the service is top notch and it is very pleasing. The location is very convenient, near the stadium and Sochi park. Loved the pools. During check-in there were no problems, very polite staff both at the reception and throughout the hotel.
