Everything is fine, the only disappointment is that all the sunbeds were constantly occupied by the pool

Decent budget hotel

This hotel is suitable for picky tourists and budget holidays. Location -15 minutes to all parties, 3 minutes to a shopping center with a dining room, McDonald's, starbucks, etc. The hotel is not new, although they monitor the condition (tint walls, air conditioning in the room for only 2 years). Balance price / quality - excellent! A clean pool with a depth of 180 cm (this is rare). If the air conditioner blows into the bed, then with the remote control you can direct a stream of air lower or higher. If you leave the skins from under the fruits in the room, then small ants come))

Thanks to our beloved hotel for the amazing honeymoon, we didn’t have a long discussion before we decided to return to the hotel again. Ideal location in relation to the City Center, Fruit Market, pier and other frequently used places. We returned to the hotel two years later and were pleasantly surprised, the quality of cleaning became much better, it is clear that the rooms are now more watched, breakfasts have become more varied and tastier. At the reception, girls are always friendly, quickly respond to all requests. Tasty and varied breakfasts. Very noisy Indians, but they are not asked to be quiet until one of the visitors starts complaining, although they could listen to music until 6 in the morning and knock on other people's doors at night.

Warm, cozy, sincere! Lovely breakfast, nice room. But the great thing is the pool. I wouldn’t get out of it at all, if I could. The only slight minus is an unimportant wifi. Do something with the quality of the Internet and there will be no hotel price! Thank you very much, it was great!

The hotel absolutely does not meet the 4 * category, as well as belonging to a well-known network. I will add that after 2 nights of staying at the hotel, despite the irrevocable rate and rather high cost on New Year's holidays (9,000 rubles per night, we booked about 12 nights), we moved to another hotel in Pattaya. Before that, we also rested in a well-known chain on the island of Koh Chang, where the cost was not significantly more expensive, but the level of the hotel differed significantly. Strongly did not like: 1. The furniture is old and cheap. Plumbing requires major repairs. 2. The walls in the shower and toilet are dirty 3. Dressing gowns in rooms with holes, towels are lined up to holes. 4. Breakfast is very scarce: there is no porridge, there was almost never any cheese, a very poor choice (sausage, bacon, sausages, egg dishes, granola). There were no tea bags, disgusting coffee. The omelette filling consisted only of tomatoes. 5. No privileges for program participants and birthday parties during their stay. 6. Terrible uncomfortable sunbeds by the pool. The area around the pool is dirty, the smell of sewage from a nearby building. 7. There is no security at the hotel; at night, drunken visitors drove prostitutes to their rooms; no one stopped them at the hotel. But there were many families with children. I strongly recommend that you pay attention to the hotel network leadership !!! This is a shame for Mercure!

The staff is very responsive, always ready to help in any situation. I especially wanted to note the work of a manager named Tim (in response). He helped us in many matters, speaks good English, is always very friendly and courteous, thanks to him for this (Hi, Tim, if you read this) Maybe only because of him we choose this hotel every time. In general, all the staff are very nice and friendly. This year, we reconstructed the playground and children's pool, which left a good impression. In my opinion, it was not worth removing the evening sea barbecue. The rise in prices for cocktails and alcoholic drinks was also very disappointing - you are losing customers! Last time, I bought a lot more in the water park for myself and my family, regularly ordered pizza (there were a lot of promotions: you buy one - the second for free). This hotel was not the first time to relax. We come every six months. We go to Patau, as some say, like to a summer house, there is nothing to compare. We really like the hotel, first of all by its location, it is located in the center and at the same time, 50 meters from all the noise and din, in the hotel itself there is no quiet street noise at all. Secondly, there is a territory with a very good pool, and its tropical oasis, I repeat the hotel is located in the center, all within walking distance. For half a year of our absence, we did a lot for the kids, near the pool, put down a slide and much more, the grandson was happy. The rooms are cleaned daily. The staff does everything to the maximum so that vacationers would be comfortable and pleasant to spend their holidays. We’ll come here all the time, we really like it here, unless of course the price tag is raised, otherwise it’s good to say something, as everything starts to rise in price.
