Good day to all! Just returned from the trip. I want to immediately write a review, while everything is fresh in my memory. They traveled in two families: my daughter and I are 14 years old and my sister and my husband and son are 11 years old. My sister was at this hotel last year, so they didn’t choose for a long time, but booked here. The nephew is allergic, so the main criterion was the presence of a kitchen in the room. The rooms are spacious. My daughter and I had a studio, my sister had a room with a separate bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: a small ladle for porridge, a saucepan for soup, a small frying pan, forks, spoons, ladle, glasses, cups, plates. Take only the board, knife and corkscrew with you. The furniture is not new, but in good condition. The only negative is the terrible pillows. We asked, and we were replaced with new ones. There was a little trouble. We lived in a sink. This is the farthest building, but we requested away from the pools and the stage. About three days before entering the room we had a cloud of small midges.
I had to buy dichlorvos for 3 euros and process the railing, because the administration just shrugged. They sent a technique. He ignited the spirals - zero sense. Three days later, the midges themselves disappeared, it just became dry. Then they found out that it was from humidity. Before our arrival, it was raining and generally spring in Cyprus stood out wet.
The beach is a five minute walk from the hotel and it is the BEST beach in Ayia Napa! We talked with the locals, they really love this particular beach. Crystal water, turquoise. The entrance to the sea is soft white sand, but there are also rocky places. At the entrance to the sea is a very long sandbank. 30 meters, probably. Further to buoys perfectly swim adults. With children it’s just gorgeous. Umbrellas and sunbeds pay 2.5 euros per unit. That is 7.5 euros for 2 sunbeds and one umbrella. This is for the whole day. When paying, they give a check with a password from Wi-Fi, also for the whole day. We left our towels on the sunbeds and went to dinner and rest, came and lay down again in our place. On weekends, local families come to the beaches. It becomes crowded and noisy, but not critical.
Near the hotel to the right, a 2-minute walk, is the cheapest supermarket (we went around everything in the district while walking). The store has everything even dumplings, sour cream, kefir, chicken and meat to cook soup. Well, all the souvenirs.
When leaving the hotel to the left is a beautiful Cypriot tavern. They cook very tasty, they are interested in whether everyone liked it. The portions are large. One daughter for us was enough for us. With a man, of course, everyone needs to take it. Mousaka is cooked simply divine. This is my favorite Cyprus dish. Everything else is super!
In the dining room, the food is also very high quality. For breakfast, oatmeal porridge, cottage cheese simple and with additives, cheeses of 4-5 types (try halumi with cucumber or watermelon - this is what local people eat), sausages and ham (well this is not their horse), boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, pancakes , croissants, baked tomatoes, canned peaches and other fruits, sliced \u200b\u200borange and grapefruit (just funky), dates, raisins, muffins, cookies and much more.
For dinner, always mashed soup with crackers, meat, fish, chicken, lamb, beef, pork, potatoes, rice, pasta, baked eggplant and zucchini, various salads, ice cream always for lunch and dinner, but we took HB, and my sister All Drinks at the bar for all inclusive all local. Not good quality. I didn’t drink, but my sister’s husband said that he was so-so. There is practically no animation, in the evening there is a mini-disc for children and live music a little for adults.
The tour was taken on the Turkish side of Famagusta-Kerinia from Aphroditos Tours 40 euros per person. And they drove to the water park 38 euros an adult, 24 euros children under 12 years old. The tour was not impressive. The places are very beautiful, but they give 1 hour per object. It is too little. All run. We had been to Cyprus before and always took a car. We traveled a lot of places ourselves and managed our time ourselves, which is what I wish for everyone.

Moments. There is overbooking in the hotel! And it’s very tough! And not only in this hotel, but in the entire Tsokos hotel chain! With us, people were deployed to other hotels, even with small children in their arms with the words no places! One family was relocated for three days from hotel to hotel, where there were places. At the same time, leaving the room at 12.00, and checking into another at 14.00. And nobody cares that your third day is gone. It was very disappointing for compatriots. Before leaving for 2 weeks, we ourselves wrote letters in English to the hotel and to the Tsokos.com website with a request to exclude overbooking, as one of the children on a strict diet and a kitchen is needed. No response was sent to us. A week before departure, I wrote in Russian at the hotel, also silence. Nerves were just to the limit. Having received a voucher, they called the hotel guide Lydia, she said she would find out and asked to call back later. In the evening I called back she replied: "So far on Sunday everything is in order, but here it happens." Is it okay so far, but is it not okay in a day? By the way, the hotel guide Lydia is generally none in the literal sense of the word. For the second year in a row, I did not show up or was late, but we did not even wait. Save your time! With overbooking, she only throws up her hands. It does not help its tourists in any way.
Then they called the hotel themselves and tried to confirm the reservation in English the day before departure. The answer was the same: "So far, everything is in order." When we were brought to the hotel, and we saw at the reception cards with our names, my sister and I almost burst into tears of happiness. Think a hundred times! Do you need such nerves? This is the entire Tsokos hotel chain that does exactly that with Russian tourists! The British come and they are never resettled. They know their rights! Do not sign anything, do not move anywhere, threaten that you will write a claim and demand compensation through the court. Call the tourist police - they are the ones who deal with such issues. Demand from the hotel paper which says that you have replaced the hotel. The most important thing is that at least someone knows English and can communicate. I wish everyone who chose this hotel not to fall under overbooking, and then your stay will be great. If you have questions, write. I will answer everyone.

The very name "Paradise Village" indicates that here you will not find multistory noisy buildings.
The whole complex is a scattering of bungalows drowning in greenery. These houses are two-story, and if you are with children, ask for the basement level, so that the child can go out to the grass right from the room.
But on the second floor it’s good: you can sleep with an open balcony door. The bungalows, although located close to each other, but also gilded with a living fence, so that an atmosphere of comfort and privacy is created.
The resort was built in 2004, so in some bungalows you can find old furniture. But repairs (including overhauls) in Tsokos Paradise Village are not uncommon.
For 2019, many bungalows have been completely restored. Plumbing, appliances and stuff works very well. No living creatures were noticed, since fumigation from mosquitoes and midges is regularly carried out here.
The bungalows bear the names of plants (“Passion fruit”, “Banana”, “Olive”, etc.), but they also have numbers. If you come with a child, ask at the reception houses from 10 to 16. These bungalows are located away from the dance floor, and from the road, and from the bar.
The rooms are divided into two categories: studio (bedroom combined with a dining area) and ONE BEDROOM apartments (bedroom and living room). These rooms are spacious (30 and 45 sq.m. respectively). Their photos on the site are fully true. Interestingly, the TV broadcasts, among others, 2 Russian channels, and one of them is children's, “Carousel”, with cartoons. There are rugs on the stone floors, so the baby’s legs will not be cold. From household appliances, in addition to the TV, there are:

Sockets here are European, and at the reception they give an adapter for free. Cleaning, as tourists say, is normal, wet. Maids can even wash the dishes in the sink. Towels are changed every day. Wi-Fi at the hotel paid - for two devices about 24 euros per week.

Although the resort is located outside the city, nevertheless, tourist infrastructure is developed around it. A grocery supermarket is located nearby, there are taverns and restaurants.
From Ayia Napa it is convenient to make excursions to the Turkish side of the island, to the ghost town of Famagusta (Varosha quarter).

But as it turned out, for us it’s a comfortable room, located on the second floor, overlooking the pool, in the morning the sun breaks through the window, who does not like to have a thick curtain🙄. Yes, next to the restaurant, but opposite the stage, yes you can hear music, but it didn’t bother us, we heard music badly, the noise of the air conditioner interrupted; the food did not smell; the music plays exactly until 11:00 p.m. then silence comes, the only noise is heard at night, when Europeans or English teenagers gather in the restaurant and drink until late at night, but everyone on the territory can hear it, probably except for houses on the second line. Of course, the teenagers behave provocatively, as we understood, they go to the camp, but only without supervision, in small groups of up to 12 people, either boys or girls. And this is everywhere in hotels in Cyprus. And you yourself understand the separation is in full. The food in the hotel is monotonous, of course you will not stay hungry, we are pretty much plain in the second week did not eat. What remains of lunch goes to salads for dinner, etc. Salads are not tasty. Once gave a duck. There is always pork. Potatoes in different variations. Fries.
