In this hotel we rested in November 2019 for 2 weeks. Read reviews, worried about deposit and room checks. But not one of our fears was confirmed in practice. I'll start in order: 1. About the settlement. We arrived at the hotel around 11 days (approximately 1.5 hours from Phuket Airport). They immediately accepted us, took $ 100 as a deposit, but didn’t check in (check-in as well as everywhere else at 14:00). We left our things, changed clothes in the toilet, went for a walk and eat. We returned at 13 to the hotel, we were immediately led to check in. The hotel has two buildings, we lived in block B, it stands opposite the block with the reception. We were probably lucky because we were settled on the fourth floor with access to a shared balcony and sea views. 2. About the number. The room is large, bright, with panoramic views. In the room air conditioning, safe, mini fridge, TV, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, bath accessories. We dried things on a shared balcony, nothing was lost. I saw rooms without a balcony. Indeed, it’s hard in such ones, because there is a lot of humidity outside, which also gathers in the room. We often ventilated our room before turning on the air conditioning. 3. Location. The location of the hotel is incredible - across the road is Karon Beach, within walking distance of a bus stop, a bunch of cafes, shops, fruit shops and more. 4. Service. The room was cleaned every day, very clean, towels and linen also changed every day. Breakfast from 6: 30-0: 00. For breakfast there were: fried eggs, sausages, ham, rice, noodles, vegetables, cereal with milk, juices, coffee, tea, toasts, vegetables, butter, jam, bananas, watermelon. This is more than enough to have breakfast. Yes, breakfasts never change. But this is not an AI system, where there is a huge variety every day. If tired, you can go eat in the cafe. Everything suited us. The hotel also provides beach towels that can be changed at least every day, as well as umbrellas in case of rain. The hotel has a rooftop pool, but we never reached it, because the sea cannot be replaced by anything. 5. About the pleasant. On the ground floor of the building is a massage parlor. Prices, as elsewhere. Amazing massage and attention. Recommend. Try to start with a foot massage, about Thai - you need to think about it) 6. Eviction. When you evict, you return the room key, the girl from the reception goes to the room, checks it for damage and then returns the deposit. We had no problems. One single minus in our case is the shared balcony. There often in the evenings someone sat, talked, smoked. I do not like noisy companies and smoke, so it upset me a little at first, but then I stopped noticing it. This is my personal attitude to this pastime, and not to the hotel. There are absolutely no complaints about the hotel. After we visited this hotel, I can say one thing - it was an unforgettable vacation both in the hotel and outside its walls. We flew the plane of the company AZUR air. In our aircraft, the location of the seats was 2 + 4 + 2. Where there are 2 armchairs with 15 cm more legroom than 4 armchairs, therefore, we made a good reservation when booking online (thanks to our travel agency, namely Natalya). We traveled from Krabi to the hotel for about 4 hours, with one sanitary stop, at some little spot selling all kinds of things at frantic prices ((.
We arrived at the hotel alone, at about 11 o’clock, check-in at only 14, so we had to spend time somewhere. At the reception they took a deposit of $ 100 from us (upon departure, I saw that almost all other deposits were 1000 baht) and assigned to a specific number. Even on the plane I felt sick, barely survived the move from Krabi, but I still have to wait a few hours ((. Since the number where we were identified was indicated, I went up to it. The door was ajar, the number was ready. When asked to check us in without waiting for 14 hours (referring to poor health), the young man at the reception named Sky didn’t respond. Our room turned out to be just under repair ... ((I had to go for a massage, even if I could rest for an hour (not I recommend massage in the passage between 1 and 2 buildings, opposite the dining room). Upon check-in, noise from the repair in the evening I got a noise from the road. Our balcony overlooked the sea and the road in front of the hotel (our windows also look out onto the avenue, and I am patient with this, but here it was simply impossible to sleep from bikes without silencers and constant beeps). the room is located directly above the bed, the only way is to bend 3 blades out of 4. The toilet closes with a door made of slats, so everyone can hear you perfectly behind the screen ..... In the morning, at a meeting with the guide, they asked to help us change numbers. Guide Love helped - MUCH THANKS! We were transferred to a room with a balcony for passage between the buildings. The room turned out to be much more convenient, only the water heater did not work. It was immediately repaired. The air conditioner is located on the wall, it blows tolerably on the bed, but we still covered it, gluing it to the adhesive tape brought with us with a cloth. The bed is huge, very comfortable, for a child extra bed. There is no clothes dryer. I had to tie a rope on the balcony. Fortunately, my health recovered and the long-awaited vacation began))
Beach towels are issued only at 8 and 16 hours. We took them, but never changed them, but used them as rugs in the room)). Room cleaning is typical for Thais (who knows, he will understand) ... From the living creatures in the room are ants.
The mood was ruined the next day, when at the reception they put a packet of our pillowcases in our nose. There were specks of my hair dye and something else .... I washed them without problems, but the feeling that your underwear is examined almost under a microscope is disgusting ((. By the way, I asked to leave these pillowcases, as there is only 1 pillow in the room for a 1-resting person, but I would have put them on decorative pillows in the room - they didn’t give it !!! Upon departure, all the linen was closely examined ((. The deposit was returned. Breakfast - terribly meager and tasteless (compared to the Baumancasa Beach Resort 3 * and Phulin Resort 3 * hotels). You will not stay hungry, but and you won’t get any pleasure. The only plus for the hotel is its location (beach, shops) and good Wi-Fi. The hotel doesn’t have a moment in front of the entrance: wash your feet off the sand (as in Baumancasa), so you had to take water with you .
We took a two-day excursion from Aneks (1st day / mainland (rafts, elephants), 2nd day / islands). Liked. Everything is well organized, although on the way back we did not swim to the shore for 20-25 minutes. The boat ran out of gas .... Dangling for about an hour in the open sea at sunset, waiting for help to come to us. Fortunately, the rain ended and the sea was relatively calm. Upon arrival, everyone was waiting for an alcoholic cocktail - to calm down)).
There is no online booking for the return flight, but it is possible to buy more comfortable places for $ 59 / place, we bought by contacting our hotel guide in 1 row "A, B and C" and we regretted that these places were there - there was no way to stretch our legs , unless to raise it to the wall, but even so they also become numb. Only at “C” legs could be extended, but into the passage to the stewards. But we were the last to check in (we already knew our places) and did not stand in a terrible line of 300 people, but sat and drank tea / coffee))
Separately, I want to say about the departure! The plane should fly at 5 in the morning, but we did not know from Krabi or Phuket .... At the reception there was no information about the departure! Not a day, not later! .... Your departure is your problem! .... I had to call the hotel guide, it turned out that our guide had changed! In the end, a new guide contacted us via vibe and told us what time they would take us!
In conclusion, I will say that, because I have something to compare this hotel (by the way on the Anex website it is 4 *), I do not recommend this hotel for those who are not ready for surprises in the form of: building behind a wall, a balcony in the corridor, an unknown departure and for washing your stains on bedding ....

22.07.2019The main thing: do not take the standard number. This is a windowless kennel (well, there are loophole windows, but there is a wall 15 cm from them). We paid 500 baht per day for sea view. (You can get a 10% discount.) Food is disgusting, even by the standards of Thailand. Noodles, rice, sausages, ham, fried eggs, coffee with dried cream, cucumbers, tomatoes, watermelon and bananas. All of poor quality. But the location is great! Lots of shops, cafes nearby and the beach across the road.

Perfectly located on their towels. The only slight inconvenience of the arrangement under the trees is the crumbling leaves, ants and birds, who once marked our towels with their happy presence. But the ants did not bite us, and the leaves were quickly carried away by the wind. So it’s quite good, although it would be better on a sand under an umbrella. But it was our conscious choice. The hotel matches its stardom. We arrived at 8 am, filled out the documents, leaving a deposit of $ 100, left things at the reception and, having changed clothes, went to the sea. By the time they returned, having received the key card for room 346. The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a free safe, free internet, an electric kettle, 2 cups, 2 glasses, tea, coffee, sugar (they were replenished as they were consumed, like shampoo and shower gel). There are a lot of electrical outlets, they simultaneously charged 2 phones, a tablet, a camera and still remained free. There was no perfect cleanliness in the room, but everything was pretty tolerable. The room has a balcony with views of the mountains and the neighboring hotel. The inconvenience was caused by the fact that the air conditioning was constantly working downstairs, the noise of which was always heard in the room. But we did not ask to change the room, fearing that there might be other inconveniences in another room. The young man cleaned us, changed bed linen and towels properly, washed the floor. Breakfast at the hotel from 6:30 to 10:30. And this is good, because the time difference is 4 hours and it’s difficult to readjust immediately. And so, everyone chose how much to sleep and when to go to sea. A shower was attached to the side entrance of the hotel in order to wash off the sand after the beach. Breakfast is monotonous, but we were not hungry. There were toasts that could be fried, croissants, butter, strawberry jam. Flakes, milk, watermelons, fried eggs, beans in tomato sauce, rice with eggs and vegetables, local soup, sausages, ham, stewed cabbage, tea, coffee. The staff is calm, smiling, they do not speak Russian. In general, everything was fine.

The hotel is good, visible only after the repair, clean, there is even a heater for water (for girls this is usually important). A small neat hotel, right on the first line, everything is good in it, except for a strange layout, where some rooms open onto a balcony directly into the wall of the hotel itself! But there are no other complaints, we only slept at the hotel and, in principle, we were not very embarrassed by the view from the balcony to the wall, but if this is important to you, find out and specify in advance what room they will be staying in! This is Asia and breakfast at the hotel is nothing at all, so don’t even rely on them, however the hotel is very conveniently located and there is always around where to eat tasty and satisfying! 08.07.2018Great location of the hotel, everything is nearby. The service is good, the only thing is that the staff only speaks Thai. Room is normal, we had an improved one. A snow-white bed, everything you need is there, redecorating would not hurt :) Every day, towels were changed and the room was cleaned. If we go again, most likely we will choose this hotel, the location decides :) A pleasant atmosphere, not counting the behavior of some Russian vacationers (ashamed of such). They fussed at night, screamed, beat the dishes, the police almost got it, some smoked right in the hallway. We tried not to pay attention to them and everything is ok :) Unfortunately, such vacationing neighbors can be absolutely in any hotel.
